  • I looked at the definition of class I and class II software and struggle to see which of those definitions could apply to the creative software we use in AEC. Any ideas?

It does not matter if AEC software is not in the categories list, now. The list is not static. AEC software can be added in the future, article says.

  • I have heard about this issue, I think from an MEP on Mastodon, but I can't find much analysis of what it could mean for FLOSS. Have you found anything else? I find nothing from either EFF or FSFE. I would think it is premature to draw conclusions before their analysis.
