I've been trying to install the add-on. I thought it was IFCopen shell issues but after fixing that it brought up this.

@Johnstone97 let's try a fresh install. First, follow the manual (yes, manual) uninstall instructions described here: https://blenderbim.org/docs/users/installation.html#uninstalling - then follow the unstable release instructions here: https://blenderbim.org/docs/devs/installation.html#unstable-installation
