[BlenderBIM] Where can i find this mysterious ifc type panel?

So i watched this video where @Moult makes a little tutorial:
And i don't find the panel he did use:

How can i toggle on the panel 1 and 2.
i downloaded the latest Blender 3.3.1 and the latest BlenderBIM from here https://github.com/IfcOpenShell/IfcOpenShell/releases

You need to click on the green cube
