Missing symbols and text from annotation

Hello, I encountered a problem with inserting annotation.

As shown on the picture, when I add annotation, it doesn't show the text (value) and symbol. So it's just a line without the two arrows and the text (lenght). I tried increasing the text size in default.css and scaling and zoomin g into the annotation in case it was too small, but that was apparently not the problem.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

    1.mp4 is the problem

    Are you syncing both the .ifc and .blend file? If so, i would not recommend that, as sometimes there's syncing problems. That is, if you open the .blend file, it's not really representative of what's in the .ifc file because some linkage has been broken. I would recommend just opening the .ifc file only.

    Try opening the .ifc file anew, and then adding your annotation.
