Pset_MaterialConcrete not present in Material Property Sets
Hi there, maybe I'm doing something wrong but I'm not able to find Pset_MaterialConcrete
https://ifc43-docs.standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4x3/HTML/lexical/Pset_MaterialConcrete.htm
Should I recreate it as custom Pset ?
Thanks, Dennis

Edit: After creating custom psets, they are no longer visible in the drop panel :(

Also Material properties are missing in BimVision and Acca Viewer , but are present in ifc
#581=IFCPROPERTYSINGLEVALUE('YoungModulus',$,IFCMODULUSOFELASTICITYMEASURE(10.),$);
#638=IFCMATERIALPROPERTIES('Pset_MaterialCommon',$,(#639),#68);
#639=IFCPROPERTYSINGLEVALUE('MassDensity',$,IFCMASSDENSITYMEASURE(2000.),$);
I think you have to categorize it as 'concrete' first.
yes, this is a little confusing.
Damn.. Thank you very much! <3
Do you also have any idea why all these properties are not visible on BimVision?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
All psets in IFC, not just for materials, have what is known as an "applicable entity". This means that when you specify a property, you also specify "what is it applicable to", so for example you can have fire ratings on doors and walls, but not pumps. For elements, it's based on the IFC class and predefined type. For materials, it's based on the material category (why materials aren't rooted with a predefined type? I don't know, I think it's a flaw in the schema).
Have you tried reaching out to the BIMVision developers and asking them? Or filing a bug with them?
I sent an mail to the support team! Will let you know :)
Thanks a lot!
Little update: I've opened a bug and it will be fixed in the next release of BimVision 3.0.2. :)
