Can someone explain this error for me?

In case image does not load the the log is spammed with Runtime error: could not create instance of BIM_UL_containers_manger to callback function 'filter_items' or 'draw_item'.
Thankfully i don't actually need to resolve this issue, i just need it explained to me why this happened, hopefully it's an easy question.
What i did was export an IFC file from Midas Civil 2022, then tried to open it in Bonsai (blender bim)

    My two guesses right now are either 1) bad installation of Bonsai, or 2) the IFC file from Midas Civil is invalid or glitchy in some way which has led to an unrecoverable error during load and partial interface stop. I believe is the latter. If you file a bug and upload your model, we can help check this.
