Dynamo (that mostly Revit node based programming tool)

Dynamo. I've totally re-written the page for Dynamo (that mostly Revit node based programming tool).

Specifically I'd like some checks of the terminology. I'm a bit unclear about the licensing differences between Dynamo Player, Dynamo Sandbox (maybe it doesn't exist any more?) and Dynamo Studio (which I'm sure is proprietary). If someone ( @infeeeee ?) already knows the details it would save me doing the research.
