Federating IFCs
Hi Everyone,
Been a while since I posted here. I'm trying to federate a number of models but I'm failing at every hurdle. I tried linking files and doing the ifc merge patch but with no result. I'm hoping to pitch the use of BlenderBIM for 4D scheduling amongst other things to our business next year but before I can do that is there any plans simplify the process of federating models.

Hi, are you sure you're doing it right? The two are separate functions, link just creates the link in the blender file (using the blender function) ifc merge is basically a part of ifcopenshell.
