Scene Tab empty in a new Window

Hi.
If I set a new Window (under Window/New window) in Blender usign the blenderBIM add-on I can't see the 'Scene' tab. It's empty. Anyone knows if this is not set up or am I missing something? It would be very useful in order to use two screens. Thanks.
