BBIM - 3D grids do not save in IFC and cannot delete.

Hi,
I try to change position of the 3D grids, which mostly works. However, when I save the ifc and reopen it they're back to the original position. In my current model some saved except the outer ones. Also I can't permanently delete the one that's on the right.
How can I fix this?

Btw, 2D grids are no problem, but everytime I make a new floor plan the 2D grids are created on the wrong positions as the 3D grids are wrong.
Using Blender 3.6.8 with BlenderBIM 240215
