I dont know why is happening this error when I try to save the data in the MaterialProfileSet or MaterialLayerSet.

Are you saving both the .blend file and .ifc at the same time, or are you just saving 'just' the .ifc file?

If you're saving 'just' the .ifc file, can you share that file, or a parred down version of it.
can you also do a videocast of your problem... that shows the steps?
