IRC bridge for OSArch chatroom
Our OSArch chatroom used to be bridged to IRC using a bridge supported directly by Matrix and Libera.Chat. This was shut down late last year and since then there hasn't been an option for joining the OSArch chatroom using IRC.
I've now setup a IRC bridge running on my local machine under the username "osarchbot". So you can now join the #osarch channel on Libera.chat as originally advertised.
This is also a good chance to evaluate whether we want to start connecting other platforms to this too. We can for example support Discord, Slack, XMPP, Microsoft Teams, etc. Of course, Matrix remains the "primary" platform, but the bridge can allow people to join from their preferred protocol. Is anybody interested in supporting another protocol? I know Discord has been mentioned in the past.
