update blender bim from stable to unstable version not working

hi, i have my blender 4.1 as portable software. when i install the stable version it works well. but i try to install the latest unstable version, so i download py311 version, install it and it shows the unchecked option in add-ins section. but when i checked it nothing happens, no BIM tab, no menu shows up, nothing.

is there any procedure i missed? anyone can help?

    same here, today's installation doesn't go through.. I went back to 240710 (4.1-py311)

    240712 was just a bad/unlucky date (sometimes it happens), the latest unstable releases should be good again.
