IfcOpenShell to create obj-files

I wonder if somebody could help me writing a script that lets IfcOpenShell create a single obj-file for each object of a given Ifc type, for example IfcSpaces, with a name of the obj-file same as the object name? Even better, also add the story the object belongs to in the name of the obj-files and/or create a scv-file withe the exported objects and story like
room1,story 1
room2, story 1
