IfcConvert excluding transparent geometries

I would need to generate OBJ files from IfcWindows and curtain wall elements excluding transparent geometries like glass panes using IfcConvert or IfcOpenShell and wonder if that would be possible? If so, could you point me in the right direction how to do this?
