I think your drop-down list shows types of IfcSpace class, in the same way you can have different IfcWallType
Once you create an IfcSpaceType or multiple types you can do like:
Ok thanks again! I'm constructing a template file to use for applying building permissions and trying to include all necessary SpaceTypes with required naming and Custom Psets.
