changed plugin name to "Sticky View Toggles", and added the following functionality:
stops your viewport from jumping around when you toggle in and out of camera view (Numpad 0) and local view (Numpad /) — it stays exactly where you were looking, at the same zoom. Along the way I renamed it to fit the bigger scope, and fixed a couple cases where the zoom would snap back, including when you'd zoomed inside camera view.
