Bonsai | Confusion in Performing quantity take-off for IfcDoor

Hi all,
when I use IFCx3BaseQuantities-Ifcopenshell, its shown as 1of them were not quantified

when I use IFCx3BaseQuantities-Blender, i get both width and height as equal values(in reality its not)

whats the solution, experts please advise?

I think it's a bug
FYI using manual quantification reports correct dimension value:
