Official IFC documentation as single md file?

Hey and good morning.
Does anyone knows if the official IFC documentation hosted under https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4_3/ is available as a SINGLE markdown file?
I found the output repository for the docs under https://github.com/buildingSMART/IFC4.3.x-output, but no success so far.

And yes, I would like to use this file as a reference document while working with AI agents. That's why a single file in mostly natural language would be preferred.

Edit: I know of https://llm.codes/, a web scrapper specifically for this purpose. But it is limited in crawl depth and link count, especially in the context of the huge IFC documentation a limiting factor. My hope is to find an official and complete version.
