Resource Takeoff report generation from selected elements -WIP
The following recording is a WIP for generating reports of resource takeoff of elements.
The idea is to bridge the gap (tech and ability) for site Engineers and subs to get the information they need in a simpler form (static pdf) for what they have to do.

In the recording the elements are assigned in a cost schedule as well (although not shown in the recording) as a schedule. Resources are assigned (detailed) and in the example a cost items elements are selected for which the report of the resource usage is generated.
Site engineers need information to check and validate, but most of the time do not have patience, know-how, ability to get into BIM. They do need a visual simple way to select the elements, work packages elements, cost items elements, and get the corresponding resources to be consumed.
Assumptions:
The work packages need discreet elements (i.e. not a multilayered wall but discreet elements {btw could we get QTO PSets for IfcCovering in the future?})
