IFC4x3 nested FacilityPart NOW AVAILABLE

Many thanks to @dionmoult aka @Moult for implementing the nesting of IfcFacilityPart

For example it's now possible to have nested single or multiple IfcBridgePart in a parent IfcBridgePart
as shown here. (same applies to roads for instance)

The use of nested parts recommends setting of CompositionType and UsageType:

For those dealing with IFC4x3 infraworks is quite a feature (I had to use some script before)
