Little extraboost for WIN
Do driver updates with softwaretools and a sweep. IMO most of the machines don´t have the latest "core" drivers installed (also if the drivers used from the manifacturer site).
A driver backup and automatic update (by free tools) gives a nice boost...(Most of the drivers are not shipped with WIN-updates)...
