Need structual help on a small project
Was wondering if anyone would interested in helping with the following small project?
Here's a markedup PDF with the scope we need help with.
Here's are the model files.
Here's a video of the existing conditions.
They will be removing the existing deck all together.
Other than what's in that markeup PDF, we need to submit structural calcs for the lateral loading solutions.
Some of the beam/joists can probably be done prescriptively (that is, i can size), other than those highlighted in red, which i'll need help with.
We can do all the drafting.
Looking for a pretty quick turn around on this one, if possible.
Happy to jump on to a video conf. call to go over any details.
