How to manage these sptial nodes order?

i just want to fixed these positions and order, how to do it project like a bridge?
because my hierarchy structure is longer, and the order makes confusing many times if it not planned as i like

    As far as I know, if you set the Z coordinate (the 0.000's) then if you refresh they will get the placement order: above the smaller Z, below the larger. In ifcbuildingstorey it works like that

    yes it is worked like it for building project.
    that is why i said it is a bridge project where i can not change that Z elevation.
    i am not sure if it needs some more settings like arraging the order up/down and lock the order. the ifc file also must exports the data like this settings.
