Turn on both `Bounding Box Center` and `3D Cursor` at the same time.

Would be awesome if you could turn on both Bounding Box Center and 3D Cursor at the same time.
It would just save so much time to not have to switch between the 2 modes all the time. Just have them on all the time, and you grab the gizmo that makes sense at the time.
I suppose it makes sense to have turn on the other pivot points as well, at the same time, as well.
