What happened to IfcProperty - it feels like lost potential.

Everywhere you look, IFCs use one type of property, the universal IfcSinglePropertyValue...
But the schema allows for a lot more. Even within IfcSimpleProperty, we have 6 different types of properties:

There seems like so much potential use for the IfcPropertyListValue and IfcPropertyTableValue especially. Instead, if we need to include multiple values per property, we concatenate into a text string with a separator.

I already know the answer to the question of why we don't have these properties - which essentially boils down to vendor support for IFC. However I also think that a lot of people that work with IFC might not even know that these options exist, and since IfcSinglePropertyValue has become entrenched, we've stopped considering the possibilities available to us, with the software implementations of these property types.
