Blender BIM custom Psets

Hello everybody,
I'm starting with Blender and I find it really amazng. I've been doing a lot of testing and found myself at a dead end with the issue of adding custom Pset. I have managed (I think) to create an .ifc file for my Psets and create them:

The problem comes when I try to assig them to the different objects because, although I get to the option to add them, these come out without properties to report :

Anyone have any idea where I may be failing?
(I have found a video of Dion explaining the process but despite following the steps I am unable to progress)
