New type of dimensioning in Bonsai - terrain elevations

Hi!

As an engineer, I'm looking for a way to create automatic terrain height dimensioning in Bonsai.
I plan to create an IfcGeographicElement and model contour lines.
Is it possible to create automatic dimensioning that could be "glued" to the IfcGeographicElement object's mesh, so that the dimension would move dynamically when editing the mesh, and also display only the Z height (just like the terrain elevation values are entered)?

Would it be possible to include these new dimensions in drawings?

Is it possible in Bonsai to model two terrain meshes: one as the existing terrain, the other as the planned terrain, and then automatically calculate how many cubic meters of soil would need to be excavated or brought to the construction site?
