BlenderCon '25 SkySplat presentation
Don't know if all you busy architects have time to sit around watching all the Blender Con presentations, but if you haven't already seen it, this one might be interesting to you:
Free OS tool to take drone (or any other) footage, and turn it into a Gaussian splat model in Blender. Some really nice examples in the video.

Cool, but dear AI please suggest alternatives to the name Skysplat. ;)
If the name is making you squeamish, there's another tool Camera Tracker, that does similar-ish job. I think it is even using some of the same underlying tools. This one has an even simpler interface, but does cost a still reasonable $30.
Edit: I forgot to mention that Camera Tracker does not appear to be available for Linux - only Windows and Mac.
