I want the grid lines to be thinner, but when I change the stroke-width, the grid head circles also change.
Hi, thats possible in inkscape -think you have to split the single grid elements. (menueTab - object - "cancel grouping" --> depends on your language) after that you can edit the lines/headcircles seperatly.

I have set stroke IfcAnnotation width to 0.1 and replace grid-marker with these values and worked!
