Level Set up - Plain Axes Missing

Hello everyone,
I am setting up a project with levels. Unfortunately when I create a level there are no Plain Axes shown.
I checked various tutorials and the Bonsai Documentation which alwas, when a level is added a Plain Axes is showing after a height has been added. (spatial decomposition -> My Building -> Level )
In my case the Plain Axes is not showing which seems that the level is not properly set up.
What could I be doing wrong.

Click on the eye icon; "Spatial Decomposition" is visible.
