  please try this

  1. create custom property set (Custom_Pset1) in the example I left numeric and string as is

  

  2. assign custom property to element

  

  

  3. now the element is searchable using it

  How can I bulk-assign a Pset to all selected objects at once?

  once selected your elements and property to assign use the arrow-to-folder icon to apply it to all (Copy property to selection)
