De-Prioritise a Conversation

Very very rarely on this forum I find a conversation that doesn't interest me but on those rare occasions is there a way to tag a conversation with 'not interested' so I don't get notifications of new posts? or other helpful features

    Here ?

    https://community.osarch.org/profile/preferences/Nigel

If you scroll down until "Notification Preferences"

  • Hi @zoomer is that a global setting? I'm hoping for a setting per 'discussion' if that is possible?

  • And what about the order of the messages in the threads/topics.. could one inverse the time settings, so that one does not have to scroll sometimes 4 or 5 pages to access the last contribution ? or am I doing something this years..
    Thanks

  • @lukas For me when I open a topic it automatically opens the last page/message. Of course I've probably already viewed most topics, so maybe it is only never before viewed topics?

Yes, it is basically global. But I get only notifications for "Notify me when people comment on my bookmarked discussions". Which may be relevant for me when I bookmarked it already.
(Make the outline Star right from the thread a yellow filled Star by clicking)

    For me too.
If you visit the topic for the first time, you have to start in 2007 or so. And there can be long threads .....

You may have activated notifications for the whole "General" Forum for "Comments"
(I have notifications set for the whole General Forum for (new) Discussions only)
