Apparently, you doesn't export correctly somehow. I export in FreeCAD and re-import and it works :)

I have a quick look at FreeCAD Arch/BIM wiki, and note there seems only 2 MEP objects available at the moment. Not sure about the Flamingo/Dodo Workbench.

The usage process is very simple. Download library files (https://github.com/Francisco-Rosa/FreeCAD-library/tree/master/HVAC/Ducts), activate the FreeCAD library (using the macro or the BIM workbench)
