Sverchok can handle GN and has special node to work with GN. You can create pipes easily.

sverchok can analyze mesh with area node and mask with area exceed some value. But it will create new mesh, with viewer bmesh node

Also, if you got parametric, Sverchok has dxf, svg and other exports (not pdf yet)

with ifc and sverchok personally me find out that way
