Transferring parameters from csv to ifc.

Good afternoon, colleagues. I'm trying to solve a problem with ifc. Maybe someone has encountered something similar, can suggest useful information. Thank you in advance for participating in the question.
The task is to transfer the values of the parameters present in the ifc file to the ifc file from csv and add the missing parameters from csv to ifc and transfer their values. Parameter values are transferred by the value of the key (revit id).

    IfcCSV is able to both export and import parameters to / from IFC. Have you tried using that?

    However, it only affects existing parameters. It doesn't add missing parameters. One of the complexities of doing so is that it doesn't know the data type of the parameters, so you'd need to come up with a syntax for that. Would you like to help implement this?

    In case you just want an existing solution for creating the parameters, the Ifc Bulk property editor is in Object-IFC Utilities. It will allow you to add your new properties before you fill them with ifc csv.
    But that would still be a half manual solution.
