Seeking Help with Spreadsheet Generation Issue at EcoCollab

Hello Blender BIM Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm a part of the EcoCollab team and currently interning with them. We're excited about our work, but we've hit a snag that we could really use your expertise for.

The problem we're facing revolves around generating spreadsheets using Blender BIM. Unfortunately, we've encountered an error that's preventing us from successfully generating these spreadsheets. The error message is visible in the attached picture. We're also struggling to ensure the accuracy of the design data once the spreadsheet is auto-generated from Blender.

We believe that the collective wisdom of this community could help us overcome this hurdle and continue our work smoothly. If you've encountered a similar issue or have insights into how to achieve accurate data in these generated spreadsheets, your input would be invaluable.

    Have you tried creating or loading an IFC first before creating a spreadsheet?
