BlenderBim tutorial series (German language) by Prof. Dr. Böttcher
Just a heads-up from your friendly information services.
There's is a neat tutorial series on YouTube by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Böttcher from the University of Applied Sciences Saarland ( HTW Saar) which gives a good introduction on BlenderBIM with a good starter project. The tutorial series is in German, but the YT autotranslator should just work fine. Enjoy.

This mini course is excellent and Professor Dr. Böttcher gives a fair and balanced run-through of the basics of using BlenderBIM. In his quiet, friendly presentation style he helped clarify quite a few things for me. For non-German speakers the Youtube auto translate to English subtitles seems to do a surprisingly good job.
When asked in one comment whether he would be continuing his Freecad BIM videos, he replied "Vorerst nicht, BlenderBIM hat ein paar Nachteile, aber das direkte Arbeiten und Speichern in ifc ist einfach sehr gut." (Not for now, BlenderBIM has a few disadvantages, but working and saving directly in ifc is simply very good.)
Worth noting is that under activities and memberships in his official resume, Professor Dr. Böttcher lists buildingSMART e.V. where he is co-author of the book "Objektorientiertes Planen und Bauen mit BIM".
