Adding percentage slope notation for roof calculations

This week, I needed to model some roofs, and before BlenderBIM, there was no way to automate roof calculations in Blender. It used to force me to resort to [insert your favorite black box BIM software here] to solve it. Not anymore, thanks to BlenderBIM! Here in Brazil, it's common to use the slope notation in percentage. I've submitted a PR to add this property to the menu. Thank you very much!
