    It's actually pretty awesome that at least their repo is open source. There have been many times where source diving have revealed what the actual behaviour would be (the manual is misleading). Although they have a lot to improve upon, there's a lot worse out there with much less configuration options (the 12D export dialog is pretty minimal). Although this is arguable either way given how expensive they are and how huge the company is. I also really, really like their public bug tracker. Yes, admittedly very few issues I've reported have been solved, but at least you can see the issues, you can link people to it, you can search for existing issues, and you do actually get replies from Angel et co who are really nice people. It's a thousand times better than the usual "into the void" alternative with proprietary companies.
