Incorrect font, when opened in Inkscape

This might be an inkscape issue, not sure

files:
20241119 - wrong font in pdf.zip

If you open A00 - UNTITLED.svg in chrome, you see the following w/ the correct font, Arial..

If you open A00 - UNTITLED.svg in Inkscape, you see the following, but the font is not correct., among other missing styles.
