    I do note some venting, certain adjectives, and a few exclamation marks (!) related to naming and duplication, possibly some reoccurring themes 😉

    Indeed, this is from personal experience rolling out internal requirements, as well as common shortcomings found in external requirements.

    I've just taken a fresh look and added a bunch more. The rabbit hole is deep and most clients haven't even entered.

    I've started reaching out to major players in Australia. I think quite a few are already on this journey so it would be great to formalise it and work together.

    That was masterfully phrased — it went straight to the soul, even to someone like me who’s seen technologies come and go since the early days of the web, starting with the alpha version of Mosaic back in 1992.

    The OpenBIM industry needs exactly this kind of direction and encouragement. I truly appreciate this mindset — and I’ve personally taken it to heart, doing my part to share and promote the spirit of the OpenBIM Pledge within the industry.

    — Just some thoughts from someone who has witnessed the web — and now OpenBIM — take shape, step by step.

    @Moult thanks for kicking this off. Perhaps it could bring a worthwhile structure and rigor to the "wild west" of BIM documents.
