How get a 'length' quantity take-off on an AXIS2 IfcCovering?

Let's say you have an IfcCovering that is an AXIS2(vertical layers), how do you do a quantity take-off to get the length--since Qto_CoveringBaseQuantities only covers the following...

Or similarly if you have an IfcCovering that is profile/extrusion based, how do you get the length?
