Any M/E/P Engineers here, licensed in Texas?

We (OpeningDesign) might have an opportunity to design a 35unit multifamily in Bryan, TX and we're looking to team up with an M/E/P engineering team that's licensed in Texas.
Would love to work with someone that's active in this community.
As a firm, we practice a little differently. In a nutshell, most of our projects are conducted out-in-the-open and are open source. Most of our projects are hosted on either GitLab or GitHub.

    your post sparked my interest, I have looked at your website and I'm impressed with your business model. You must attract the nicer clients as they must 'get what you're doing'
