Creating views and sheets for arch documentation, question...

Hello All,
In this instructional video (link below) about blenderBIM the author is accessing a tab called "BIM Documentation" (not related to software documentation) to create views and sheets for architectural set documentation. I installed BlenderNIM but do not have access to that tab. Is that coming from another add-on?

I apologize if this is something easily solved, I looked around and there seems to be very limited information out there for creating full sets of drawings. Is there a place you could refer me to where I can dive in and familiarize myself with that specifically?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
