Parametric Dimensions

Worked with AI to create parametric dimensions.
The PR still needs some tweaks, but I thought i'd put it out there if others want to test on BonasiPR.

    I like that !

    And I would like these as an option for Selection, when an object Selected, to get these dimensions from Selected Element to its neighboured elements.
    (I'll keep my additional wish - that when you enter such a Dimension value, it will move the selected object - for the next iteration :D )
