Modeler Trilogy Viewer / ERP
I am slowly solving the 3-Body Problem, where previously i integrated BIM 4D5D Viewer handoff to ERP Project Order, but lacking the Modeller itself which was not priority as anyone can drop the IFC into the BIM Viewer. But after learning that indeed Autodesk Revit has serious modelling issues, it spurred me to begin creating one. I am not sure if i can finish this century but a thousand yards begins with an mm.
This modeller similarly created in SQLite WASM op log Event Source non server or installer requirement will enjoy history Git like traversing with no impediment or need of integration. Its most powerful across the trilogy feature thus shall be the Blue Dot forecast of any budget resolution and merging two timeline positions.
This is very alpha, you may access via its other door https://red1oon.github.io/bim-ootb/viewer/modeller.html Any idea is welcome.

It is progressing steadily getting the BOM (Build of Materials) compilation of Rosetta Stones (reference real IFC construction) to be used in the modeller. Still struggling with getting the already proven spatial relationship, stubbornly refused to parse perfectly onto canvas. Once done, the 2D Grid overlay will be in use here besides the usual fine picking around. Finally it be connected to the 4D5D Viewer and ERP side to correlate budget costing in a 'blue dot' forecast variation for 360 user experience. The oldest in the Trilogy, the BIM5D Viewer (IFC handoff), has some significant progress, where the Find Panel, correlates with the ERP Project Order, and has its Time Machine, capability to view any impact to actual construction delivery. It is boosted with editing to its layers and a What-If scenario building. There is a separate dedicated 4D Schedule Editor. Still under construction, alpha stage - main landing page - https://red1oon.github.io/bim-ootb/ UserGuide section https://red1oon.github.io/BIMCompiler/ERPUserGuide/#spatial-bim-erp-find-a-selection-project-order-live (Latest edition has Primavera XER format handling).

Putting up a movie on the above, with latest R185 ThreeJS surface architectural finishing effect. Focus in on the Modeller, need another long weekend.
What if a building model worked like Git? (PROPOSAL)
Today, when a whole team works on one BIM model, they take turns. Parts get "locked" so two people don't clash. Someone is always waiting on someone else. So we gonna build it the other way around. 👇 (screenshot). As an added overlay over our Modeller to ERP trilogy. You are all now in the same virtual room. Without a server! *(Use cheapest append log push/pull as our whole platform is wired on.)
Each engineer — architect, structural, mechanical, cost — gets their own copy and works offline, even for a week. No locks. No waiting.
When they're ready:
• One button to share their work (like a "push")
• One button to catch up on everyone else's (like a "pull")
The model colors itself by who did what, and when. And before anything is merged, it checks two things automatically:
🔴 Does anything physically clash?
🟠 Does any change blow the budget?
There's a chat too — but here's the twist: the chat IS the history. Every message is a real, signed, tamper-proof record of an actual edit. You can't fake one, and you can't erase one.
You can even click a teammate and see exactly what they see — read-only — and leave a sticky note, without touching their model.
No central server "owns" the truth. The signed log is the truth — like source code, but for buildings. Scale like Git, works offline, not setup. Out of the box. It remains IFC-native, WebIfc importer but will do my utmost to retain outward IFC/BCF-compatible annotations — the log is the database, no walled garden.
Would your team trade file-locking for branches?
Tenancy as part of 7D overlay in BIM Viewer. Tandem-like AssetMaintenance handover of a construction by developer to owner. See the guide https://red1oon.github.io/BIMCompiler/HRBIMAssetGuide/ .. still alpha phase, seeing what sticks and make sense. Such overlay correlates back to record keeping and accounting in ERP on the same kernel. It gives visual on the BIM Viewer where things are allowing Zoom to for easy tracking and admin. Major proof of concept breakthru, ARC landing of any building in a Modeller with 3D grid editor and authoring tools beginning to form around it. The model is BOM tree Outline where DISC walker will place MEP and other disciplines accordingly. It can then save likewise as IFC/SQlite/BCF . This exact mesh shape as the Viewer non model but handoff schedule/cost able is a breakthru because in the Modeller it is not a rendering challenge but a BOM adressable one, without which no above actor can parse it.
This modeller seeks to rival Autodesk Revit even because besides self healing editable IFC ARC bare, in coming weeks it shall allow fine authoring from scratch of more barer artifacts.
