  1. Geometry Sketcher

    JanF
    by JanF · September 2021
We are trying to develop a workflow where you sketch a design and it gets translated into a parametric bim model. I made a demo, where you can use blenders greasepencil to sketch and sverchok (graphic

Not sure what, if anything this has to do with Sverchok.
  3. Homemaker add-on

    topologic
    by topologic · September 2021
You need to install this ZIP file in the add-ons/scripts folder of Blender and unzip it there so that there is a folder called topologicsverchok in that location. Then restart Blender and try to activ

There is an 800mb Topologic Sverchok download that includes, cppyy, Topologic, and dependencies.

Thanks. Drilling down. The other requirements seem straight forward, however for this one, do you mean topologic-sverchok now includes cppy and topologicPy or those still have to be installed separate

topologic-sverchok (includes cppyy and topologicPy for Windows)
  8. Homemaker add-on

    by brunopostle · September 2021
It is definitely possible. @topologic has a Windows build of the topologic sverchok nodes, and with this installed along with blenderbim, ezdxf and yaml python modules, the Homemaker add-on should run
  9. Does anybody know OpenLCA?

    Moult
    by Moult · August 2021
This allows you to enter process system inputs via the Blender interface, and run a calculation on a listening OpenLCA application. A Sverchok UI would also be fairly straightforward, perhaps somethin

Not sure if this is the relevant thread on the forum to discuss or whether to start a new thread... but I recently became aware of a newer plugin to Rhino and Grasshopper (sadly it is not opensource)

That sounds like a plan! I'm sure Sverchok has a similar process, thanks Jan
  13. Blender: create a DXF of contour lines from a mesh of terrain

    Moult

Ah yes, a series of architectural-focused node grouped would be very beneficial I reckon, as a lot of Sverchok is "low-level".

Don't know about any existing library, but grouping the nodes is really easy now (the discussion on the topic: https://github.com/nortikin/sverchok/pull/809) I suppose we could easily create a bunch o

First Success. What you are looking at is an .osm file that has been parsed and converted through a @topologicBIM python script to a #brep and displayed in #b3d using the python SDK of #openstudio. My

@kaiaurelienzh has helped volunteer some time on IfcSverchok, and we have been meeting weekly sometime around Sunday for a couple weeks now. I propose that @kaiaurelienzh take the lead on IfcSverchok

@Sinasta I agree. Perhaps @kaiaurelienzh can help contribute, as he is now on the journey to looking at implementing Sverchok IFC nodes?

Is there anyone on here willing to collaborate with me on porting TopologicEnergy to Blender/sverchok. We have ported it once from Maxscript to C++ and to Dynamo and now with openstudio downloadable a
