Does anyone else have this problem where leaders randomly take on extra arrows? Can't figure out how to replicate it.

edit: yes had the same issue with older ifc files that have gone through many iterations of blenderbim,
I have yet to find a way to make it repeatable, I essentially manually redo the leaders with the issue
