Revit save to IFC guide

Hi all, I am reaching out for feedback and ideas. I have been using the 'one-pager' (below) to help architectural consultants save IFCs from Revit, summarised from OSArch material. Has this changed with current Revit version. In a similar regard, what should I ask Archicad users to do?

    I hope it is still current, if anyone knows please share updates. A one-pager like this helps raise the level of IFC quality

    Here's the 1-page text instructions I use:

    You are required to install the latest version of the open-source Autodesk IFC exporter. You may install it from https://github.com/Autodesk/revit-ifc/releases

    You are required to create a dedicated Revit 3D view to be used for IFC exports. This 3D view should have appropriate visibility graphics settings so that only elements intended for export are visible. Exports should be done using this 3D view as the visibility settings affect what is and isn’t exported.

    Unless advised otherwise, the following settings must be used upon export:

    • Modify Setup > General > IFC version > IFC4 Design Transfer View
    • If you are requested to use IFC2X3, use IFC2X3 Coordination View 2.0
    • Modify Setup > General > Coordinate Base > Project Base Point
    • Modify Setup > General > EPSG Code > Type code here (ask if not provided)
    • Modify Setup > Additional Content > Enable Export only elements visible in view
    • If you are exporting an architectural model:
    • Modify Setup > Additional Content > Enable Export rooms, areas and spaces in 3D views
    • In File > Export > Options > IFC Options > Areas should be set to “Not Exported”
    • If you have been provided with a user defined property sets text file (recommended):
    • Modify Setup > Property Sets > Enable Export user defined property sets, and browse to the provided text file
    • If you are a structural engineer and have been requested to do so:
    • Modify Setup > Property Sets > Enable material properties
    • Modify Setup > All other checkboxes in all tabs must be disabled.
